Alex seemed to do a very thorough job. I ended up getting two parts replaced, but if it extends the life of my AC so be it. He was on time and completed the work that day.

I've had many interactions with this company and every time was a very positive and quick experience. I've met Kyle and Simon and a few others, who installed a new whole hvac last fall. My most recent service call was with Steven and he came quick and explained the solution to the concern I was having and fixed it quickly, was a very minor issue. He was here and done a couple of hours after I called. Very professional company and they do it right the first time. Thank you to all those who have been here at my home.
