Randy, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable, polite, and so friendly. He didn't mind my 2 dogs pestering him for attention while he worked and he actually playing fetch with them, throwing their toys, and chasing them! I look forward to my next maintenance ?

The service rendered on my AC unit (not installed by Professional Heating & Air) was quite extensive and took many visits before they found all the issues. It seems one component broke and pieces of it went through the refrigerant line and did damage to several components. Although it took many trips, they jumped through hoops for us and really did go above and beyond.
Overall, we were very happy with their work and plan to use them in the future.
