James Barras
James Barras is a seasoned professional in the HVAC industry, originally from the city of New Iberia, Louisiana. He pursued his education in Air Conditioning at Delgado Community College, situated in the bustling city of New Orleans, Louisiana. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, James has perfected his skills in both residential and commercial HVAC systems. His expertise extends to specialized areas such as heat loads and duct designs. Notably, James has achieved the pinnacle of certification in the industry, being NATE-certified.
Kyle Siegrist
Kyle Siegrist brings over 10 years of HVAC experience to the team and serves as our talented System Design Specialist. Whether he's designing the perfect comfort solution or helping customers find the best system for their home, Kyle is passionate about getting the job done right. Before beginning his HVAC career, he spent six years as a chef and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree. When he's off the clock, you'll likely find him with a guitar in hand, performing and singing with popular local bands. From creating great meals to creating great comfort, Kyle has always had a talent for making people happy!
Ronnie Roundtree
Ronnie Roundtree was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and now calls Hammond home. With 10 years of HVAC experience and an associate degree in Applied Science, Ronnie brings plenty of knowledge and leadership to the team. As our Service Manager and Call by Call Coach, he helps guide technicians, sharpen their skills, and make sure every customer receives top-notch service. When he’s off the clock, Ronnie is a huge sports fan and loves spending quality time with his daughter.
Simon Pham
Simon Pham, our dedicated Lead Installer, is from the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana. With a solid foundation in on-the-job training since 1997, he has garnered extensive experience, particularly in managerial roles. Beyond his professional endeavors, Simon treasures moments spent with his beloved wife and children, particularly during their annual family vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. His proudest achievements are his family and his outstanding success in advancing his career in HVAC.
Chasse Roth
Chasse Roth is one of our dedicated Senior Service Professionals and has been a valued member of the Professional Heating, Air & Plumbing team for several years. A graduate of Northshore Technical Community College in Hammond, Chasse is passionate about helping customers stay comfortable year-round. Originally from Harahan, Louisiana, he now calls Baton Rouge home, where he lives with his longtime girlfriend. When he's not out solving HVAC problems, you'll probably find him with a guitar in hand, singing his favorite songs and enjoying the local music scene. Whether he's tuning up an A/C or tuning up his guitar, Chasse always brings energy and passion to everything he does!
Jennifer Anzalone
Jennifer Anzalone was born and raised in Hammond, Louisiana, and earned her Bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. With more than 20 years of experience in administrative support and customer service, Jennifer is dedicated to making every customer experience a great one. If you have questions about our Comfort Club Memberships, she's your go-to expert and is always happy to help! When she's not at work, you'll find her cheering on her favorite teams, attending sporting events, or making memories with her family.
Amanda Story
Amanda Story brings organization, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude to her role as Dispatcher! With a background in administrative and logistical support from her time serving in the U.S. Navy, she’s a pro at keeping schedules on track, coordinating the team, and making sure the day runs as smoothly as possible. When she’s off the clock, Amanda enjoys gardening, getting lost in a good book, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her dogs. She’s always ready to learn, grow, and keep things moving!
Danny Adkins
Danny Adkins is one of our certified Senior Service Professionals who brings a unique mix of skill, heart, and personality to the team. He got his start in welding before earning his EPA certification and making the jump into HVAC, where he enjoys helping customers stay comfortable year-round. When he's not on the job, Danny has a big heart for animals and runs his own parrot rescue, giving feathered friends a second chance. He's also a talented guitar player who loves making music in his spare time. One of Danny's biggest goals is to purchase his own home, and with his hard work and determination, he's well on his way. Whether he's fixing an A/C, rescuing a parrot, or strumming a guitar, Danny puts his whole heart into everything he does.
Darren Polk
Darren Polk is one of our skilled Service Professionals who takes pride in keeping homes comfortable and customers smiling. Originally from Baton Rouge, Darren earned his degree in Commercial and Residential HVAC from Northshore Technical Community College and gained valuable hands-on experience working at North Oaks Medical Center. When he's not solving heating and cooling problems, you'll likely find him watching the big game or hitting the golf course. Darren believes that honesty, integrity, and hard work are the keys to success, and he brings those values to every job he tackles. Whether he's making the perfect shot on the green or restoring comfort in your home, Darren always gives it his all!
Hunter Corkern
Hunter Corkern is a proud Franklinton, Louisiana native who discovered his passion for HVAC while working his way through college. After earning his EPA 608 Universal Certification and briefly exploring opportunities in Memphis, he returned home to continue building his career and serving his local community. When he's off the clock, Hunter enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and trying new foods. His goal is to continue growing his HVAC knowledge and become one of the best service technicians in the industry.
Joshua Hayden
Joshua Hayden is a Covington, Louisiana local who's always ready to learn and get his hands dirty. He went to Northshore Christian School and Northshore Tech, and when he's off the clock, he's usually hanging with friends and family or out in the garage working on vehicles.
Parker Stewart
Parker Stewart is a Hammond native with a degree in Instrumentation and Electrical Technology and a passion for solving problems. When he's not helping customers stay comfortable, you'll probably find him hunting, fishing, or hitting the golf course. Parker believes in working hard, enjoying life, and building a bright future for himself and his family. Whether he's fixing an HVAC system or reeling in the big one, he always gives it his best!
Chris Murray
Chris Murray is a residential and commercial Lead Installer at Professional Heating & Air and a Myrtle Beach native. With many years as a lead installer on commercial jobs, he brings precision and craftsmanship to every project. Chris believes what you put into this world is what you get back — and treats every customer and coworker the way he'd want to be treated.
Dennis Rodriguez
Dennis Rodriguez is a licensed Master Plumber and Master Natural Gas Fitter, credentialed through the State of Louisiana Plumbing Board. Based in Denham Springs, Louisiana, he's known for quality workmanship and a friendly, get-it-done attitude. Off the clock, Dennis loves fishing and teaching his grandkids the ropes.
Ethan Velasquez
Ethan Velasquez is a dedicated HVAC Install Technician from Folsom, Louisiana, with a specialized skill set in residential heating and air conditioning installations. In addition to his expertise in HVAC installation, Ethan is skilled in running low-voltage fiber optic cables, bringing a unique edge to modern, connected home systems. His hands-on experience and problem-solving mindset make him a reliable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring every home is comfortable year-round. Trey Yrle is from Kenner, Louisiana, and brings 8 years of experience as a plumbing apprentice to the team. Trey is dedicated to growing his skills and building a career that allows him to provide for his family. Outside of work, you can usually find him hitting the gym or diving into history—he’s a self-proclaimed history nerd! Trey’s biggest goals go beyond his career: he hopes to become a Pastor, play a key role in his church, and continue building a strong future for his family.
