The technician that serviced my air conditioner was, Danny Adkins, and he was super professional, with an excellent knowledge about his job. He answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Professional Heating and Air is very fortunate to have an employee of that caliber working for them.

Technicians are always courteous and professional.
They are such nice people. John from Walker who took time out on a Saturday evening to come get my air conditioning cooling again was great. We called to see when someone could come out and within 30 min he said he would be there in 20 min. He called and explained what he needed to do and the price before doing anything. The unit is 30 years old and has seen better days but when you consider how much it was compared to how much a new one is was worth it.
Great service, Steve was on time very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to take care of my equipment and answer my questions. I look forward to years of doing business with Professional Heating and Air, Thank you !!
