First let me say these are extremely honest folks. I have found AC repairs to be one of the biggest ripoffs. And their service call cost is one of the lowest. Had a tough problem to find because it was a loose connection on the motherboard but they found it. Could have easily said I needed a new board at over $300, but never once even suggested that option. Great service and no extra charge for Saturday service call. Chase performed the service repair. Top notch tech.
Chase Roth repaired two old heat pumps. Service was scheduled quickly. He was professional and explained the work he was doing and parts required. Questions were answered in an understandable and clear manner. Pricing was reasonable. Both units are up and running. Although maintenance service is not a requirement, I trust Professional Heating & Air to be fair and will use them for scheduled maintenance in the future. I have used this company before for units in another building recently and was satisfied with their service there also, having to completely replace one of the units at that site. The last thing we expected was for our heat to go out at 3:30 in the morning on a Saturday. Professional Heating & Air had someone to our house by 10am and problem diagnosed and resolved before lunch!
