Darren Polk from Professional Heating and Air has come to my house twice, (once to repair my air conditioning and once to install a soft start device). He is prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He crawled in the attic on one of the hottest days of the year to check my furnace filter for me, which was beyond what the job entailed,

This company is the best. Always helpful, prompt and professional. Their technicians are knowledgeable and efficient and always on time as scheduled. They inform you of everything you need to know about your systems. Most recently I had them clean my clothes dryer venting system. I also learned that they now do hot water heaters.

Danny came out to do a maintenance and cleaning on my unit and made sure to answer every question I had. He explained why my unit wasn't cooling properly, the causes, price point and was very courteous the whole time. 10/10

I got referred to Professional heating and air by a friend when my unit unexpectedly went out. We called 4 other companies and despite telling them it was 92° INSIDE... the only ones to rush to help was Professional! Mr. James got back to me immediately and had a tech to my home within 2 hours! Hunter worked until almost 9 pm to get my unit back up and running, but he made sure I was good before he left! Hunter has been out here twice now and was a pleasure to interact with both times. They are punctual, trustworthy, will work WITH YOU so they dont disrupt what you have going on. Extremely polite and professional.
