First let me say these are extremely honest folks. I have found AC repairs to be one of the biggest ripoffs. And their service call cost is one of the lowest. Had a tough problem to find because it was a loose connection on the motherboard but they found it. Could have easily said I needed a new board at over $300, but never once even suggested that option. Great service and no extra charge for Saturday service call. Chase performed the service repair. Top notch tech.
Chase Roth repaired two old heat pumps. Service was scheduled quickly. He was professional and explained the work he was doing and parts required. Questions were answered in an understandable and clear manner. Pricing was reasonable. Both units are up and running. Although maintenance service is not a requirement, I trust Professional Heating & Air to be fair and will use them for scheduled maintenance in the future. I have used this company before for units in another building recently and was satisfied with their service there also, having to completely replace one of the units at that site. Would highly recommend Professional Heating & Air. A. M.
The last thing we expected was for our heat to go out at 3:30 in the morning on a Saturday. Professional Heating & Air had someone to our house by 10am and problem diagnosed and resolved before lunch!
With a child, pets, and elderly parent living in our home, the prompt service was greatly appreciated.

Technician Chasse was the one who came out to fix the heater, and I was really impressed with his professionalism. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained the issue, and got straight to work. It was clear that he had a lot of experience, as he worked quickly and with precision, making sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. He also took the time to walk me through the repair process and answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the service was top-notch, and Chasse's expert techniques and professional demeanor truly stood out. My heater is running smoothly again, and I feel confident in the work that was done. Highly recommend Professional Heating and Air and will definitely be calling them for any future needs!
