If you need an entire system replacement this is the company to use. We had a very large residential project that was somewhat complex. We wanted to switch from electric heat to propane, and we also wanted to have a single system instead of the 2 that were installed when we purchased the home. Kyle came out gave us a very detailed quote with 4 different system options, and most importantly figured out why our house wasn't cooling properly. Entire duct removal and redesign was needed to correct the air flow to all rooms.
Despite very hot temperatures the crew Simon Jr and Ethan had the system running in record time for the size and complexity of the job. They brought window units to make it tolerable in the house while they got us taken care of. They also took the existing unit that was relatively new and repurposed it to our shop where the existing unit was not working at all. They chose the correct name for this company, Professional!!! Several other technicians came and helped with various parts of the system install and every single one of the employees were Professional and courteous to my wife, myself and our spicy dog Pepper.
We are pleased beyond belief with the job Professional did for us, definitely rank them 5 stars!!!
I can't say enough good things about my experience! Chasse went above and beyond from start to finish. He not only addressed the main issue but also listened carefully to all my concerns, taking the time to thoroughly check them out, even though they weren't part of the original call. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand and gave me options that made sense for my situation—never pushy, always thoughtful. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for his craft really stood out. It's rare to find someone so thorough and customer-focused these days.
I also appreciate Professional Heating & Air sending timely reminders about my upcoming appointment and providing information and a picture of the technician who will be providing services.
