He always takes the time to explain everything in a way I can understand, never rushing and always making sure I feel informed and confident about the work being done.

Great customer service from the moment I called The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and scheduled a service quickly. John, the service technician, thoroughly inspected the unit and explained all the diagnostics and points he was checking. He corrected two minor issues that were not even part of the initial problem and sent a detailed report with photos of the work he had done. Very professional !!! I highly recommend Professional Heating and Air.
I woke to a house that was 80 degrees with a thermostatthat was not working. Professional Heating & Air was able to schedule me for a same day appointment, which was incredibly important since I work from home. Hunter arrived well within the expected time block, he was polite, Professional and very respectful of my house and property. He spent hours working to reslove the issue with the A/C and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and the steps he took to fix the issue. Highly recommend Professional Heating and Air.
