A man named Steven Warren came out was super professional and informative throughout the whole repair; he worked diligently the whole time he was on site and restored my HVAC system to better than before in no time at at.

My AC unit would turn on however nothing was blowing through the vents. Called Professional Heating and Air, got an appointment the same day. Hunter arrived, he was polite and knowledgeable. My AC unit turned on and started working fine before he could diagnose the problem, I was so embarrassed. While there he did a routine check up, found the problem, waiting on the part to come in and my unit will be back to normal. I would recommend this company.
It's June in Louisiana and today (Sunday) after calling several businesses, Professional Heating & Air was available!! Steve came right out after I scheduled through text message a time for someone to service my AC. He was efficient, fast, straightforward, and explained everything to me that I needed to know. He definitely deserves a raise and this business should be #1 in our region!!
Other businesses simply didn't want to come out on a Sunday and if they did, it would be an extra charge for their (in)convenience.

I called professional at 4:30pm on a Friday and they sent a technician at 9:30pm on Friday.. He repaired my problem and had me cooling in less than an hour. I signed up for their twice annual inspection and service plan. This is what I call service. Great people to work with.
The technician was really nice and very informative. Will continue to use in the future.

Chase also advised me of future cleanings and maintenance but did not push it . Great guy 10/10 recommend!
