I can't say enough good things about my experience! Chasse went above and beyond from start to finish. He not only addressed the main issue but also listened carefully to all my concerns, taking the time to thoroughly check them out, even though they weren't part of the original call. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand and gave me options that made sense for my situation—never pushy, always thoughtful. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for his craft really stood out. It's rare to find someone so thorough and customer-focused these days.
I also appreciate Professional Heating & Air sending timely reminders about my upcoming appointment and providing information and a picture of the technician who will be providing services. That extra step really helped me feel comfortable, confident, and prepared. Highly recommend Chasse and Professional Heating & Air!!!
This company is awesome! I called with an issue on a holiday weekend and they sent out Chasse the same day. He did a full diagnosis and gave me all my options.I look forward to using them in the future!
The team at Professional Air were always well informed and upfront. They had deep technical knowledge of the new inverter technology and showed a commitment to detail which convinced me that they were capable of delivering the best possible results.
Chasse Roth did a terrific job repairing my AC on a weekend call. He responded quickly, was knowledgeable with the repairs needed and provided great communication and customer service!

You can tell this company takes pride in its business by the people it hires John Hamilton has been our service tech and he is amazing. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in keeping our AC system in top notch condition . He answers any questions or concerns that we may have and give us the reassurance that if we do have any issues they will be addressed promptly. We are so thankful for this AC company and have recommended them to others in fact our son who lives on the side of us also has their contract in maintaining his AC system. Thanks K Dobbins
