Ronnie and Nick were pleasant, worked hard on my thermostat, which unfortunately, will need replacement. But that's ok as I enjoyed their company. LOL
Steven arrived quickly was very professional as well as friendly. Quickly identified the issue and got my heater working again. I liked the transparency when explaining all maintenance plans.
This was our first service with Professional Heating & Air, and we were extremely pleased. A technician was sent out on the same day we called. Chasse was very polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. We will definitely continue with Professional Heating & Air.

Very professional. Tony came in our home for 2 days and did phenomenal work, he and his partner replaced all the duct work on my attic, added a return and added a vent in an addition. Cleaned up everything and did a great job!
