Seth came to our home and did a wonderful job servicing our air conditioner. He was polite and friendly and I think he and my husband are now best friends lol. Highly recommended.
I got excellent service from the moment I called for an appointment till they left. Seth was my service man. He showed me his license and went right to work. Luckily my only problem was a lose wire. The service call was $130. But if I purchased the service plan for $120 the service call would be free. Seth was also very knowledgeable with what I needed to know about my unit. I will give them a call in future.
Technicians are always on time and very polite. They spend time explaining in detail the process. I definitely recommend Professional Heating and Air.

Professional service, my technician Seth was very helpful and polite.
My AC was blowing warm air. Contacted Professional Heat & Air to inform them late Saturday afternoon of my problem. After a few question I was told what to do to aid in cooling my house. Professional set me up with a technician to come out Sunday the following day. The technician that arrived was on time and extremely knowledgeable. Ronnie preformed several diagnostic procedures to learn what was the problem. Thank you Professional and Ronnie.
It is now January 14 2024 Professional Heating and Air technician Chasse arrived on time for our yearly maintenance, he throughly checked the system. He made his recommendations all of which were not eminent to address. Chasse explained everything clearly. Thank you.
