Wow where do I begin!!!!
You can tell this company takes pride in its business by the people it hires John Hamilton has been our service tech and he is amazing. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in keeping our AC system in top notch condition . He answers any questions or concerns that we may have and give us the reassurance that if we do have any issues they will be addressed promptly. We are so thankful for this AC company and have recommended them to others in fact our son who lives on the side of us also has their contract in maintaining his AC system. Thanks K Dobbins

Chase came out on a Sunday night and assessed the problem and got the ball rolling. He was very professional and knowledgable. He interacted with our 7 month old 94# Rottweiler puppy and had some treats for him. Very pleased.
We got the call for our a/c part to be installed on Tuesday. Jr. and Ethan came and did the installing they were also very professional and knowledgable. First time using Professional Heating and Air Very Pleased with their work.

Our AC went out on a Saturday right before noon. We called Professional Heating & Air and they had a technician come out by 3pm! After the tech inspected our system he found the compressor to be shot. He checked the capacitor and it kept blowing fuses so he offered to set up an appointment first thing Monday morning for all the details on an entire new HVAC system both inside and outside units. He even offered to set up window units in our home until the new unit was installed! We had them already but no one else has ever done that before! We wanted to have 3 quotes before making a decision on purchasing a new AC unit and yes the other 2 quotes we had were lesser, however the quality of service didn't compare to what we received from Professional Heating & Air. They offered everything we needed when we needed it. They didn't just come in and slap a new unit on our home. They took the time to make sure it was the right fit. The technicians that installed our unit truly knew what they were doing. Oh and my house was going through a remodel at the time. So they were making their way around the flooring guys! They techs were the true MVP's! They even installed another air duct to my living because in our consultation we discussed not having enough ventilation for the size of the room. They also replaced the airflow return! I can't say enough good things Professional Heating & Air! They really are a ?????????? company! And I want to give a special shout out to the salesman Kyle. He's super knowledgeable and one of the main reasons we decided to go with this company!

I can't say enough good things about this company and our incredible technician, Chasse. From the very first time he came out, he's been friendly, professional, and unbelievably thorough. He always takes the time to explain everything in a way I can understand, never rushing and always making sure I feel informed and confident about the work being done.
