My air went out on Memorial Day! Of course in the heat of the day. I called Professional Heating and Air. Same day service and on a holiday!!!! Steven Warren was the service tech dispatched and he arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in no time!!! So professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any air conditioner issues!!!

Scheduling updates are always timely and accurate, no misunderstandings on times expected. The technicians are always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Finished repair in minimal time but very thorough. They explain each repair and will answer questions happily.
