Travis was very informative regarding what he did in regards to our problem. Rather than jump to an expensive solution they performed extra tests and decided we needed refrigerant. If that doesn't solve the issue in the long-term we will still be satisfied. We definitely plan to use Professional for any of our heating and cooling needs.
I almost failed to mention that I called this morning for service and while I didn't expect them to be able to get to us today they did!
