Above average response for service calls. Technicians are always cordial. They explain in detail issues you are experiencing. If options for repairs are available verses a whole new unit techs explain them in detail. Will give you an on the spot cost for the option you decide is best for you and your budget. Very honest and trustworthy company.

I had another heating and air company come twice to my house and tried telling me that I needed a bunch of new parts. Then I called Professional heating and air and they sent there serviceman Darrin Tassin out and all it was my freon was low....thank you Darrin and Professional air !!!
