Had a great experience with Professional Heating and Air! Chase was very thorough and friendly, after checking our unit he gave us his recommendation and explained what we would need to do in detail to have a more energy efficient cooling unit. I called the office and spoke to Jennifer who was both friendly and helpful in making sure we had all we needed to have an awesome experience with their company!
John came over on a Sunday morning and fixed our ac before the days heat hit. Polite and informative, def saved the business into my phone in case of any more emergencies. Thanks guys we really appreciate the quick service!!!
CHASSE with Professional Air did a great job on my AC units. I am signing a 2 times a year maintenance agreement with Professional Air.
From the moment we made an appointment through the virtual appointment portal to the installation of the new motor in our air conditioner the service and attentiveness of everyone at Professional Heating & Air was top notch! Robin was so courteous and assisted us every step of the process as our motor type was one that wasn't easy to track down. Seth was STELLAR! Hands down the best technician we have had ever come into our home to assist in fixing anything. We can't say enough great things about our experience with Professional Heating & Air!
I am very impressed with Professional Heating and Air. My HVAC system stopped working so I called them and within a few hours they sent out a technician. (On a Friday evening). Marq arrived, And within 30 minutes he had the system fixed and running again. I am so thankful that I can sleep comfortably tonight with my A/C working properly thanks to Marq. I even signed up for their monthly maintenance service at a great price. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

It is July 9 and my AC quit working. I called in the morning and their service tech was here in 2 1/2 hours. The problem was resolved and very affordably. Their Technician, Seth, thoroughly explained how everything in the AC was performing at this point which was good to know. Thanks for prompt and professional, friendly and courteous service.
So Glad Alex came out to check my air. I have been calling you all for years and all ways happy with the service. I would die if I didn't have air. Another life saved. Now I'm a member of the club. Showed up prior to the arrival window I was quoted on the phone. Seth was fast, courteous, professional, and fixed my broken AC within minutes on a day with a heat index of ~108 degrees. Price was right too.
Seth was awesome! He came earlier than expected and found out immediately what was wrong. Can't thank him enough!
