Technicians are always courteous and professional.
They are such nice people. John from Walker who took time out on a Saturday evening to come get my air conditioning cooling again was great. We called to see when someone could come out and within 30 min he said he would be there in 20 min. He called and explained what he needed to do and the price before doing anything. The unit is 30 years old and has seen better days but when you consider how much it was compared to how much a new one is was worth it.
Great service, Steve was on time very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to take care of my equipment and answer my questions. I look forward to years of doing business with Professional Heating and Air, Thank you !!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! Chasse went above and beyond from start to finish. He not only addressed the main issue but also listened carefully to all my concerns, taking the time to thoroughly check them out, even though they weren't part of the original call. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand and gave me options that made sense for my situation—never pushy, always thoughtful. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for his craft really stood out. It's rare to find someone so thorough and customer-focused these days.

This company is awesome! I called with an issue on a holiday weekend and they sent out Chasse the same day. He did a full diagnosis and gave me all my options.I look forward to using them in the future!
