I've had a very positive buyer/company relationship for many years now. Between two properties and two new installs I've been very satisfied. There are cheaper folks out there but good A/C work is never cheap. They make sure you know exactly who is coming to you home and after service they explain very clearly. Their technicians are passionate about performing good work ethically so you are in good hands.
Fantastic service. My wife and I double booked an appointment but the scheduler made accommodations to get us the window of needed less than twenty hours before inspection. The technician was on time at the beginning of the window and identified future upgrades and repairs so that we could budget for them. Highly recommended.
A Professional continues to exceed expectations! Technicians were able to come out quickly on the weekend, diagnose the issue, and give me options on how to resolve. They also had to return due to an issue not related to their work and did without issues. Can't recommend these guys enough!
Alex was very knowledgeable as well as professional. He throughly checked the entire system and gave results with recommendations. He did a great job.
Our tech did a great job. He's always professional, courteous, and very attentive. He answers all our questions and concerns. He also remembered from the last time he was here that my husband was a Marine veteran and our son an Army Ranger veteran. That shows how much he clearly pays attention to what his clients are saying and how much he cares. He always thanks my husband for his service. We wouldn't want any different tech. Way to go Alex!!

We had Professional Heating and Air to conduct a cleaning and inspection of our system. Alex our service rep was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained all that he found - good and bad. He made one recommendation, but never pushed to have repairs done. I will continue to hire Professional Heating and Air.
