Just had a new ac system installed. After the techs left, I went into the attic and noticed a few things that I was concerned with. I notified the business and they sent the tech manager out to address my concerns. I was impressed that he instantly acknowledged the errors. We all know some business refuse to be held accountable. He didn't,. He saw what needed to be done and took care of right away. It's hard to find accountability with busisness. Their customer service is over the top ! Mistakes happen and we all make them. As I stated, the accountability thing, very impressive! Thanks to the whole team from beginning to end. You guys are amazing!

Yesterday morning, March 27th, a professional heating and Air person came to service my AC. I believe his name was Steven but I'm not positive on that. He was he was here from 8:30 to about 10:00.
