Showed up prior to the arrival window I was quoted on the phone. Seth was fast, courteous, professional, and fixed my broken AC within minutes on a day with a heat index of ~108 degrees. Price was right too.
Seth was awesome! He came earlier than expected and found out immediately what was wrong. Can't thank him enough!
John came out to our house after 9pm to fix our AC compressor. We would have been so miserable trying to sleep that night and we're so thankful he was able to come. He was wonderful! Thank you!
Chase did a wonderful job on my annual AC check. We discussed the history and location of the system before he started working. Oh and he arrived in the window expected, actually a few minutes early. After performing the check of the system we discussed his finding. He was able to perform two recommendations on his visit , without having to make a second trip. I know it will be a hot summer and this service will prevent problems. Chase was profession, respectful of my property and friendly.
John, the technician did an amazing job servicing our air conditioning units. He was very thorough and took time to discuss the units in detail.

Grateful for Professional Heating and Air! They sent someone out to us the same day. We received text updates with arrival times and introductions letting us know their tech Seth would be coming to look at our unit. Seth went above and beyond to get our system running again. Our system is honestly working so much better now, we are sticking with this company for our AC and heat maintenance. Ms. Robin was really great as well, I spoke to her at least 3 times over the phone and she was exceptionally helpful and kind.
