Just had a new ac system installed. After the techs left, I went into the attic and noticed a few things that I was concerned with. I notified the business and they sent the tech manager out to address my concerns. I was impressed that he instantly acknowledged the errors. We all know some business refuse to be held accountable. He didn't,. He saw what needed to be done and took care of right away. It's hard to find accountability with busisness. Their customer service is over the top ! Mistakes happen and we all make them. As I stated, the accountability thing, very impressive! Thanks to the whole team from beginning to end. You guys are amazing!

Yesterday morning, March 27th, a professional heating and Air person came to service my AC. I believe his name was Steven but I'm not positive on that. He was he was here from 8:30 to about 10:00. My technician Chasse was on time. He was courteous and explained everything in detail. He made suggestions for preventative maintenance and was detailed in order of necessity. Overall a good experience.
We purchased a new AC unit from them and had them install it. They were very professional from start to finish. Kept all promises and dates. Explained every part of the process. Follow up was fantastic too.

I was able to get an appointment they same day I called in. My tech seth arrived, found the issue in less than 15 minutes. He had to run and get the part but while I was waiting and never knew he came back I felt cool air coming in. In maybe a hour my a/c was back running. Seth made my experience easy and simple as it can get. Thank you!

Called Professional Heating & Air to get a regular routine AC service and got my appointment quickly. The technician Seth came to my house and did a very thorough check on my system and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. He notified me of all the things I should be looking out for and all the things that were operating normally. Seth made the process very understandable and answered all the questions and concerns I had. Overall I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will for sure request Seth each time I need service in the future.
