Alex was very professional, arrived early in our time window and conducted the inspection efficiently so that I could get on with my day. He explained any issues that my system had and what could be done to resolve them.

They were prompt to respond and quick to service us, which is crucial when your a/c is out. If only the medical profession could be so quick to accommodate you. Seth was very personable and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company.

Chase was my tech, he was absolutely wonderful!! He was on time and it took him not even 10 minutes to figure out the problem with my AC unit. He gave me options to fix it as well as pricing, along with his professional opinion as what he thought was best to do! This guy deserves a raise, 10/10 highly recommend Chase and this company!

I have been with Professional Heating and Air for over 5 years now, and have had the pleasure of having Ronnie do my tune up several times as well, most recently this past Saturday 7/1.

Ronnie is always on time, professional, and personable; he is very up front with any problems that I may be having or may be about to have, and gives suggestions on how to navigate these problems. I have had a few other techs as well who are also just as great as Ronnie, but this was probably the 4th or 5th time I have had him do my tune up.

Thankful for the Professional Heat and Air team for always doing the best job and making sure I'm going to make it through the heat of summer with working AC.

Thanks Ronnie and the rest of the team!

Scheduled an AC maintenance/inspection to check my system. Tech arrived on time, took pictures of the unit to show me the condition. After some confusion over the items provided they made it right and honored the terms to include Air Filters.
They came out for the 2nd scheduled Service Check on June 29th. Tech worked for around 3 hours in high heat, he gave me a list of items of concern. He was attentive and nice.
