Professional, polite and honest . Put a new thermostat and checked the system. Did not try to say something was broken when it wasn't. Steven G was fantastic. Professional, informative, friendly.
Last week my I had AC issues…I called Professional Heating and Air…Once they Reached my home My Service Tech Steven G. Was very friendly and helpful and replaced the defective part quickly. It took a while to get my home to cool down But once the temperature outside declined it allowed the AC to flow thru with no problems. Also the Customer Service Agent Derianne Showed great customer service by checking on me thru out the weekend to make sure Everything was working great and if I had any questions comments or concerns she was extremely willing to assist. I am thankful for the service I received because NO AC in 100• weather was not cutting it!
I would recommend this company to everyone. Alex was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and was honest when he explained his observations. He made some adjustments and even changed my air filter for me. Ask for Alex when you call.
