I called Professional Heat and Air to request repair on an AC unit for our church. Micah was very responsive by scheduling a same day appointment. Jimmy came; discovered the problem and made repairs quickly.

Okay, let me start out by saying that any time I have ANY questions about anything to do with my AC, I will be calling Professional Heating & Air. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH.
Starting with Savannah in the office. She was so calm, cool and collected while I was a stressed out mess over my AC being out. She was polite and courteous all while helping me find a service technician as quickly as possible!
Finishing with Steven, my technician, he was SO helpful and knowledgeable about everything! Gave me great advice, fixed our unit in such a timely manner, and educated me on ways to prevent the problem from occurring again.
Everyone was so so wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Professional Heating & Air!!!

Everything about this company is professional. Their name says it all. I used Professional Heating & Air to service 3 HVAC systems. The price is reasonable and service is very good. I highly recommend these guys!
