Seth made everything super easy. I live out of state and sold my home locally. Through the process, I had PH&A out 2 times. Once because my tenants improperly unhooked their Google Nest from our AC and a second time for a routine service check prior to closing. Seth had great communication about when he could meet my realtor at the house and called after each service with results and payment. Not to mention it was very affordable! Thanks again!
