Okay, let me start out by saying that any time I have ANY questions about anything to do with my AC, I will be calling Professional Heating & Air. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH.
Starting with Savannah in the office. She was so calm, cool and collected while I was a stressed out mess over my AC being out. She was polite and courteous all while helping me find a service technician as quickly as possible!
Finishing with Steven, my technician, he was SO helpful and knowledgeable about everything! Gave me great advice, fixed our unit in such a timely manner, and educated me on ways to prevent the problem from occurring again.
Everyone was so so wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Professional Heating & Air!!!
Kevin was very thorough with his inspection and knowledge of what he was doing. My husband couldn't stop saying how he really knew his s**t. Never felt like we were being "sold" on anything we didn't need. No pressure selling just to make extra money, just expressed what really needed to be done and what could wait if we preferred and what we should potentially plan for in the future. We were very much impressed by the whole experience and very happy with the outcome. Savannah was very professional and easy to communicate with in her assistance for everything we needed as well from a customer service standpoint as far as setting up the appointment and information on the maintenance plans, etc. 100% recommend this company!
