From the second I picked up the phone untill the installers left the house I received nothing but top notch customer service, these guys know what their talking about and make sure they take that little extra time to explain any questions or concerns we had i would definitely recommend professional heating and air for anyone looking at getting any ac work done
My service guy was Mr.James. He was very professional and efficient! He also informed on a program where the company can send a service man twice a year,if I joined this particular club. Yes, I would definitely recommend James and this company to anyone!
Ronnie came out to perform maintenance today and made corrections that I wasn't aware of, he is a great guy that explained things so I could easily understand.
