The technician was professional and very thorough. He explained everything he planned to do before servicing the unit. He explained everything he found that needed to be done to fix the unit and gave me an estimate of the cost before doing the work.

The saying is you get what you pay for. Not true with this company. You get a whole lot more! Professional, quality services, with reasonable rates are the words to describe the services I received on my system. I will be recommending Professional Heating & Air to my family, neighbors and friends. It is so cool in my unit that I am walking around with a winter coat.
