I had Kyle and his partner come out to our house for a quote. I greatly appreciated their professionalism, the fact that they were very respectful of me, my son, and even my cat. We had a good personal chat, great professional discussion. They met and exceeded my expectations for how an HVAC company should do business. One significant expectation I had was performing an actual measurement of how much capacity our system truly needed, and verifying if the ductwork could handle it. They handled that expectation swiftly, and gave me an honest full accounting of everything involved in that determination.
In the end, even though I didn't use Professional Heating & Air, they were at the top even with my other choice. My other choice just managed to be my first call and I tend to be someone that likes to go with my first call unless someone else beats that first call to my business. I had five quotes total from companies that were 4.9 or 5 star rated, one company that I would not recommend at all to anyone unless they needed a bottom of the barrel cost and I cannot understand how they were highly rated on Google; and two of the other companies were good, but far higher priced than Professional for not as good of HVAC equipment. So it really did come down to Professional and the one other company. Out of everyone in the Hammond area, you cannot go wrong with Professional. I highly recommend them for exemplifying their name. Their prices are extremely good, their manners superb, their presentation polished and smooth, their demeanor confident, and their quote easy to read and understand.
