Simon and team were very knowledgeable and worked around us being at home. Especially liked when Simon told us that" he treats his client's home as if it was his own". I think the way work was done will take care of the humidity problem that happen with our 6 year old upstairs unit. Materials and installation procedure looked better than done previously by no name company.
Also was impressed with James(owner) coming out with first tech on initial visit and his returning of calls on questions. Also, his office staff (especially Savanna) makes you feel welcome every time she answered telephone.
Have yearly contract with Professional Heating & Air now along my two children's homes.
