The first time I called Professional Heating and Air, I had been without A/C for several days a the start of the New Orleans summer. Professional Heating and Air worked around my schedule as a teacher and got out to my house the day after I called. I have used them for two separate jobs and they continue to be prompt, polite, and helpful.
Serviceman was quick, helpful and did not mind explaining things to me. I felt that I received a fair price for the service. He explained alternative solutions, short and long term, for this aging unit.
Ronnie showed up early and did an outstanding job making sure my air conditioning was up to date and ready for the summer heat. He pointed out a few areas of concern and went to get the appropriate parts to install in order to address the problem areas. Ronnie was great to work with and his customer service let me know I made the right decision to always do business with Professional Heating & Air.
Ronnie did my regular maintenance, and he was wonderful to work with. He was very nice and professional and easy to work with.
