The service man was prompt and professional and he explained everything so that I could understand
I can always expect the best service and advice. They took care of my old unit until it finally kicked, including replacing a capacitor at no charge even though it was technically out of warranty by a month.
The installation and new unit are very well valued, the work was done impeccably and their checkups are always professional.
