I normally never do the reviews, but in this case I've made and exception. My experience with Proffessional Heating & Air is in the name. I had a number of issues going on with my a/c from needing a recharge, to needing my coil replaced, to my a/c needing a specific part. The part needed lastly was unattainable, due to a warehouse being destroyed in bad weather. But they didn't give up on me they were able to get me a brand new unit free of charge! Due to their professionalism and hard work in making sure the customer is satisfied, I'd recommend them. They're like the Chick-fil-A of heating and air!

I moved to Hammond a year ago. I found this company on the internet. They had many stars. They were able to diagnose my problems and set me up with a new unit. I even have called them off hours. All of their techs are knowledgable and helpful. If you have an AC problem call them. You wont be sorry. Sharlotte

The first time I called Professional Heating and Air, I had been without A/C for several days a the start of the New Orleans summer. Professional Heating and Air worked around my schedule as a teacher and got out to my house the day after I called. I have used them for two separate jobs and they continue to be prompt, polite, and helpful.
Serviceman was quick, helpful and did not mind explaining things to me. I felt that I received a fair price for the service. He explained alternative solutions, short and long term, for this aging unit.
