Had James as my tech this time. Was on time and very polite. Walked me through everything he did and checked and answered any questions I had. Very enjoyable experience and glad I opted for the member package with this company! I suggest everyone does this! Not overly expensive and great at preventive maintenance. Especially living in Louisiana when it's 40 degrees one day and 80 the next!! Never know if you gonna need heat or AC!

Professional Heating & Air did a great job. They made some excellent recommendations to help keep my hvac system working great.

Jimmy came out and fixed my fireplace on a Saturday. He was friendly and professional. After thoroughly inspecting my fireplace he diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Great work done by our technician and fast response to diagnose the problem. The reasons they got 4 stars instead of five were because it took 5 days to get a part ( I offered to pay for overnight shipping) in the hottest September in history (requiring us to have to leave home) and because they charge a flat rate for a job instead of hourly labor charge. They also said that they can't give a breakdown of cost for the flat rate.
