Great work done by our technician and fast response to diagnose the problem. The reasons they got 4 stars instead of five were because it took 5 days to get a part ( I offered to pay for overnight shipping) in the hottest September in history (requiring us to have to leave home) and because they charge a flat rate for a job instead of hourly labor charge. They also said that they can't give a breakdown of cost for the flat rate.
These guys are amazing! They came out quick when I called about my air conditioner not cooling and fixed the problem perfectly. Within a couple of hours of my call, we were back up and running perfectly. I now have a maintenance plan so they can maintain my system all the time. Thank you for being so prompt and professional.

Tech showed up on time, went over what was wrong and gave the price to resolve the issue. Although I declined the full quote, he charged the unit with freon at FMV. Quality service at an OK price. No complaints
