The three gentlemen who installed the new units at my house today performed their work in a very professional manner. While working, they were courteous and friendly, and it was evident that they were highly skilled. I couldn't have asked for a better "team" to complete the job. Thank you for the great service.
Thanks for the new system and the speedy install. Everything was quick, clean and painless. You offer a nice bunch of extras(service x 1year, 10 day follow up, extended hours, etc.). Might I suggest that you list all these services on your estimate with a 0 cost line attached, so customers will know up front what nice service level they are getting when they choose you and your crew.
James I couldn't be any happier with the job Leonard and the team did with the installation. They were very professional and polite during the installation. My household routine was not disrupted and they left house in a clean and orderly manner. Over all great job.
