Josh arrived at the time indicated. He greeted me with a smile. Gave me tips on how to keep my A/C is great working condition. He did the service timely and stayed for a few minutes to be sure the unit was working properly. I highly recommend A-Professional and ask for Josh!

Leonard was the technician to do my annual A/C maintenance inspection. I usually like a company based on the tech's knowledge, personality, service and feedback from the tech. I would have to give A- Professional an excellent rating and am so glad I called this company. Leonard was fantastic and will request him for all future calls if possible.

Thanks for the new system and the speedy install. Everything was quick, clean and painless. You offer a nice bunch of extras(service x 1year, 10 day follow up, extended hours, etc.). Might I suggest that you list all these services on your estimate with a 0 cost line attached, so customers will know up front what nice service level they are getting when they choose you and your crew.
