I have used A Professional since I moved here in 2017-2018. Appointments are scheduled in a 2-3 hour window. I get an email and text when my assigned tech is on the way as well as the tech's photo. I have a maintenance schedule with them so they come every 6 months. They also offer after hours service and I have had to call at night or a weekend and they have always been able to get to me within hours. The owner, James, is a local guy and I love to support local businesses as much as possible. They are honest and straight forward with recommended repairs or things that would make your heating and air run as efficiently as possible for the customers. I highly recommend A Professional Heating and Air. Ask for Kyle, he was my tech for years then was promoted to Sales.
Left for the weekend, came home to an error code on our system, called Professional Heating and Air this morning. Hunter came out and quickly diagnosed the problem which was our fault and took care of it. The level of competent and knowledgeable technicians that Professional Heating and Air employ is beyond astonishing. They got us back up and running and offered us a one stop shop preventative maintenance solution which we gladly signed up for. 5 star service every time, their name "Professional" isn't lip service.
Now the back story… August 2025 Kyle quoted us a complete new system that I wanted, he wasn't pushy, nor was he dismissive of my asks. He was polite, and up front that what I wanted wasn't a budget system replacement bracing me for sticker shock. He handed my wife (finance officer) and I 6 quotes to address our needs, In the end we opted for the Cadillac system because of the communication of warranty and service after the sale. Short story, our energy usage and comfort level is far above what we expected. If your house isn't comfortable, call Kyle and let him give you an honest energy audit.

Danny was on time, professional and he cleaned up! I haven't had any regrets purchasing my ac/heater unit from Professional 3 years ago. It's been worth it.

Sticker shock, but A NUMBER 1 technician's and service team! Steven did a great job diagnosing the issue and Tony installed a new coil in 3 hours! Go Professional Heating & Air! Satisfied. Would recommend!
The Technician Danny Adkins was very knowledgeable and efficient with performing my AC/HVAC maintenence. He was very thorough and I highly recommend his services to everyone. A job well done!
Great communication, professionalism, and quality work! Buying an older home comes with extra challenges - it is nice to know that we have Professional Heating & Air in our corner! Kyle, Danny, Ethan, Tony, and crew led us through the overwhelming process of replacing our ductwork and correcting so many other problems with our system. Beyond improving the air quality in our home, we are seeing the positive impact on our electric bill! Thanks, guys!
