Main house AC crashed, outside unit was down. Called Kyle of Professional AC of Hammond. They had installed the inside (air handler) when the old one failed several years ago. He sent Darren to inspect to see if it could be quickly repaired but that was not possible. Kyle went over the possibility of replacing the outside compressor, but we agreed to go with a completely new outside unit. Chris and Josh showed up with the new unit and began the installation. They were prompt and courteous. Once complete, it was obvious that the unit needed further reinforcement, but they did not have the bracket needed. They got the unit going, and I had cool air blowing with a promise that a final installation would occur once the bracket needed was obtained. In the meantime, the unit quit blowing cool air. Notified Kyle and Danny showed up to troubleshoot the electrical supply. A breaker problem was found what originally caused my original unit to go down and was impacting the new unit. Danny replaced the breaker and I have been up and running since. Simon and Nathan returned to my home with the bracket to securely install the unit at my home. I found all of the gentlemen that worked on my AC to be helpful, courteous, and understanding toward my AC problem and diligent toward repair. Thank you for getting me back in the cool at a very hot time.
