Honest, a fair price and utmost professionalism. Joshua, Simon and Kyle made this a great experience. I needed a complete new HVAC system and they walked me through the entire process and took an overwhelming experience into a pleasurable one. They were there to answer all my questions and explained everything to me in a manner where a person with absolutely no knowledge of an HVAC system could understand and feel comfortable about their decision. They did it right and I would not hesitate to recommend them for the job.
Hunter was on time , efficient , professional , carefully cleaned the work area and did it all well. Hvac is running great.
I had a great experience with the dryer vent cleanout service. The technician, Parker, was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He quickly identified the issue, explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was left clean and in good working order when the job was finished. I really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing dryer vent repair or maintenance.
Chase at Professional Air was FANTASTIC!! We were so happy to see him promptly here first thing in the morning after a night of no central air on a holiday (Labor Day)! He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. he diagnosed the issue & was able to fix us up within an hour. Even after everything was working, he double checked the system pressure to be sure we wouldn't have any problems. Highly recommend Professional heating & Air & if you're lucky, Chase will show up for you too!

Main house AC crashed, outside unit was down. Called Kyle of Professional AC of Hammond. They had installed the inside (air handler) when the old one failed several years ago. He sent Darren to inspect to see if it could be quickly repaired but that was not possible. Kyle went over the possibility of replacing the outside compressor, but we agreed to go with a completely new outside unit. Chris and Josh showed up with the new unit and began the installation. They were prompt and courteous. Once complete, it was obvious that the unit needed further reinforcement, but they did not have the bracket needed. They got the unit going, and I had cool air blowing with a promise that a final installation would occur once the bracket needed was obtained. In the meantime, the unit quit blowing cool air. Notified Kyle and Danny showed up to troubleshoot the electrical supply. A breaker problem was found what originally caused my original unit to go down and was impacting the new unit. Danny replaced the breaker and I have been up and running since. Simon and Nathan returned to my home with the bracket to securely install the unit at my home. I found all of the gentlemen that worked on my AC to be helpful, courteous, and understanding toward my AC problem and diligent toward repair. Thank you for getting me back in the cool at a very hot time.

Professional came out and maintenanced my units. Ryan did a great job and was very friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend their services. Definitely ask for Ryan, he knows his stuff.
