We had a very thorough investigation because there were several components wrong with our system and duct work. Everything was explained in detail, and we were given the option to make the repairs in two phases to help financially. We ended up doing it all at once, but I so appreciate the patience and time they gave for me to make the best decision. Once I said we were ready they scheduled and installed two days later!
Absolutely recommend! They were patient as we determined what our home really needed- which was A LOT- and did a fantastic job. I think Simon, Kyle, and James really cared about getting us cool!
A/C overflowed on July 4th. Called Professional Heating & Air and their tecnician Danny was here in under an hour. That's really good service on a holiday weekend. He got me up and running in no time. I would absolutely recommend this company.
I have had good experiences in the past with Professional Heating and Air and this time was no different. They installed a new system for us 6 years ago and I have had it checked regularly by their technicians ever since. They consistently provide professional service, just like their name implies.
I am happy to say that Darren is the best technician we have had the pleasure to work with. He explained everything and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He is very personable and honest and I trust him to provide the service and information I need to make informed decisions. I look forward to seeing him in the Fall for our winter system check.
