Ryan was early and professional at all times. He checked everything out and fixed our ac back up and running.
We are very happy with our experience with Professional Heating, AC and plumbing. On Sept 25 we called with a request for an estimate to replace our duct work, because of condensation forming around our living room vents and dripping on the floor. The earliest we would have been available would have been the following Wed because of prior plans, so we got an appointment for Wed, Sept 30. We received a text that day confirming our appointment and then another one the day of the appointment.
Then we received another text when Danny Atkins was on his way, with a picture and short biography of him. This was a nice, thoughtful touch! It helped to see a picture and know a little about him before he arrived.
After asking us what we thought we needed, he climbed into the attic and crawled from 1 end to the other, taking pictures as he went. We already knew we had a very unique situation and he confirmed that. He told us what he thought was needed and felt he needed their engineer's opinion. We appreciated Danny's humility, honesty, knowledge and work ethic.
The next day the design specialist, Kyle Siegrist, came along with Danny. Kyle walked the house, crawled through the attic, and with Danny, worked out a plan to improve air flow. They worked really well together. When they were done, Kyle told us of the plan, and presented us with a couple options that were reasonable to us. We made an appointment for the following week.
Today, Simon Pham, an Install Manager, and Ethan Velasquez arrived, on time. They began removing the old ductwork and installing the new. They have been conscientious, sticking to the plan drawn out for them and making adjustments where required. They work well together and are respectful of us and our property.
We are looking forward to having our AC up and running soon. Thanks to Danny Adkins, Kyle Siecrist, Simon Pham, and Ethan Velasquez for all their hard work. And thanks to Professional Heating, AC and Plumbing for such great customer service, and for sending trustworthy technicians to our home who have a good work ethic. We highly recommend this company.
Chris and Ethan did a great job replacing our AC unit. They made the process fast, easy and left everything cleaner than it was before.
